"Suite Alcaicería 15.2" is the larger of the two unique and exclusive duplex apartments in the building, with an entrance on Calle Herbolarios and a separate entry system using access codes.

The house is located between “Plaza de la Alfalfa” and “Plaza del Salvador,” next to the Santa Cruz area and iconic landmarks of our city such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, Plaza de San Francisco, the Archivo de Indias, and Plaza de la Encarnación (Setas), among other sites and landmarks.

It is a large, very comfortable apartment that, until very recently, belonged to a renowned painter and sculptor.

It combines several original decorative styles, and its architectural design stands out for its spiral staircase and panoramic bedrooms with glass walls, which make it a very bright home.

The building in which it is located was built in the middle of the last century and was renovated in 2018; it is situated on one of Seville’s most iconic streets.

The street where the home is located is called Alcaicería de la Loza, after the Islamic alcaicerías, which were spaces where the wholesale sale of goods was permitted; since the 9th century, it has been the epicentre of the silk trade.

The “Suite Alcaicería 15.2" will open for holiday rentals in late October 2018 and is ideal for families and groups of up to 8 guests, featuring a built-in kitchen, dining-living room, half-bath, two full bathrooms, four bedrooms, several terraces, and a rooftop viewing deck.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features unlimited Wi-Fi with signal repeaters. Committed to environmental sustainability, we generate hot water using solar energy (300 litres plus a 120-liter backup tank).

The DINING ROOM-THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM blend harmoniously into an open-concept space, dominated by a large wooden table with eight designer chairs and equipped with a Smart TV featuring HBO and Netflix, as well as a Bluetooth speaker. It features a small balcony facing Herbolarios Street.

The built-in KITCHEN is fully equipped with all kinds of kitchenware and small appliances (juicer, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle for tea, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, iron and ironing board, etc.) and large appliances (washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and microwave-grill).

In addition to providing detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher, we provide our guests with a small supply of olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, and assorted teas.

The LIVING ROOM features a large corner sofa with a designer glass-and-metal table and a small bookshelf containing a collection of books and catalogues on Spanish painters and sculptors, among others.

The living room ceiling is approximately six metres high and is flanked by two walls of safety glass from the two upper bedrooms, which, together with the grand spiral staircase, create a unique atmosphere.

BEDROOM 1 ALCAICERÍA is located on the ground floor and has two large windows facing Alquería de la Loza Street, in the La Alfalfa area, a area with a long tradition in Seville. It features a 1.50 x 2.00 m bed, a clothes rack, a small chest of drawers, and a TV. It has a safety glass wall facing the living room, equipped with a large roller shade to ensure privacy.

BEDROOM 2 HERBOLARIOS, located on the ground floor, and is characterised by the contrast between the warmth of the wooden floor and the industrial ambiance; it has a small ventilation window facing Herbolarios Street and features a large KING SIZE bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, a clothes rack with storage space, a small chest of drawers, and a TV. It has a safety glass wall facing the living room, equipped with a large roller shade to ensure privacy.

BATHROOM 1 is on the ground floor, fully equipped with a shower pan and glass shower enclosure, Sevillian cement-tile flooring, a vanity unit with sink, and a toilet. It includes a hair dryer and a set of white cotton towels per person, as well as hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.

BEDROOM 3 ALCAICERÍA is located on the second floor, featuring two single beds, built-in closets with coat racks, and a large window opening onto the adjoining terrace that overlooks Alcaicería de la Loza Street, from which the metal staircase leads up to the rooftop observation deck.

BATHROOM 2 is on the second floor, fully equipped with a shower stall and glass partition, a vanity with a sink, and a toilet. It includes a hair dryer and a set of white cotton towels per person, as well as hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.

BEDROOM 4 HERBOLARIOS is located on the second floor and features a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2.00 m, a large built-in closet with hanging rods, and a large window opening onto an adjoining terrace facing Herbolarios Street, equipped with an articulated-arm awning to provide shade in the summer, a table, and two chairs.

The pillows and comforters are made of fibre, and the bedding is all white cotton; all bedrooms have independent heating and cooling air conditioning.

AZOTEA-MIRADOR is located at an elevation of about 15 m. It is located in one of the highest areas of the Alfalfa area and serves as a relaxing spot to watch the sunset and see the sun’s rays glint off some of Seville’s most important monuments. It features a safety railing around its entire perimeter, two large wooden armchairs, a rocking chair, and a string of lights for evening visits.
