Duplex with 2 bedrooms and private terrace, located next to Plaza Magdalena and just a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. Second floor, without elevator.
The apartment is distributed on 2 different levels. On the lower floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The upper floor also features a double bedroom (140 x 200cm) with direct access onto the private terrace. Plants and garden furniture, plus two deck chairs make this an ideal space for relaxing.
The property is situated in a narrow pedestrian street, which is quiet and peaceful. Just a few steps away are the city centre's most popular shopping streets: Sierpes and Tetuán.
Important: staircase to access the upper level not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.

Convenient to everything, even a wine bar right next door! Walk to las Setas, the river, many restaurants and shops. Great living space and kitchen. Would definitely stay again.
Location was great, everything close by and still very quiet. Nice apartment in a traditional Sevilla old city house.
The sundeck was a welcome extension.
Lovely property enjoyed having the terrace. Please fix the handle on the fridge it is extremely hard to get hold of. Nice local bar round the corner enjoyed our stay.
The best thing about the apartment is its central location, minutes away from the Cathedral and shops/restaurants. Having a roof terrace was a real bonus although the stairs up to it (and the second bedroom) are not for those who are unsteady on their feet. Some aspects of the accommodation are slightly tired and there was a shortage of glasses in the cupboards. But we really enjoyed our stay, everything worked fine and we loved exploring this gorgeous city.
Excellent location. Close to so many restaurants, shops and attractions. Apartment super clean and modern. Stairs to upstairs bedroom are a bit steep, but bedroom and patio upstairs are worth it.
The apartment is perfectly placed in the old town. Markus very kindly let us in early as we arrived on an early flight.It was a rather 'corporate ' apartment and somehow felt a little unloved and could have done with a refresh. The only problem we had was that drains in the bathroom smelled bad but that may well have involved something to do with the whole block rather than the particular apartment. This is why i have gone with good rather than excellent.

Lejligheden levede helt op til forventningerne. Skøn terrasse, gode senge, aircondition, meget roligt om natten.
Det ene soveværelse ligger på øverste etage med udgang til balkonen, og det skal nævnes, at trappen er stejl - ikke egnet til gangbesværede.
Jeg synes, der mangler lidt service og bestik - dette bør “opdateres” så der er lidt mere end 4 sæt til rådighed.
Ellers er det bare en super god base for en ferie i Sevilla.

Comodo appartamento in centro
L'appartamento è silenzioso, con letti comodi e in pieno centro.
La zona, tranquilla e vicino alle maggiori attrazioni della splendida città di Siviglia.
Purtroppo il check-in non è stato molto gradevole in quanto abbiamo pagato un supplemento e siamo arrivate alle 20.10. (dal sito era segnato che dopo le 20.00 ci sarebbe stato un supplemento ma per 10 minuti ci è sembrato veramente esagerato).
Poi nonostante avevamo già effettuato il pagamento ci è stato chiesto di nuovo l'importo del soggiorno (evidentemente non era stato controllato).
