Loved location in the middle of the activity in the historic district. A couple of blocks from the cathedral and a block away from bars, restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere - Plaza de Espana, Flamenco Museum, Trina neighborhood, etc. Apartment was spacious and air conditioner worked great. I liked having a washer. There was no dryer, so had to hang dry clothes in room (they provide a rack) - dry by next day.

The location is unbeatable, but the property itself does leave much to be desired. I found the floors to be dirty, and the apartment in a bit of disrepair. Flaking walls and flies coming out of the drains, and our apartment on the ground floor was dark. It was safe, central, and comfortable enough, just didn't live up to my expectation.

Second floor. There’s a lift. Perfect for our stay. Large apartment (clean and more modern than expected) with dining, living area, well appointed kitchen, terrace. You have to reach out for check-in instructions

There was no communication on the check-in process and we were stranded outside the building in the sun for more than hour. Thanks to hotels.com customer service we were able to get in. Séjour très agréable dans cette appartement de l hypercentre de Séville . On est directement dans le cœur historique à quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale et de l Alcazar. Chambre confortable avec une bonne climatisation… indispensable en été . Arrivée et départ extrêmement simple .
