We had a great time at Petit Palace Santa Cruz, the room was large and tidy. The bathroom was spacious and also tidy. The extensive breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the attention on my birthday. On our next visit to Seville, we will choose this hotel again. And we will recommend it to others. We thank the staff for our great time at this hotel.

This property was lovely and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only small issue we had was that the bathroom door was a swing style door that did not latch and had a gap even when closed. We would have liked a bit more privacy!!

This property is noisy some nights because it is right next to the garbage receptacles. Location is great but the rooms are a bit on the small side. We generally liked our stay.
