The pictures we can assure the apartment is exactly as the pictures shown on the site, you might have check other typologies or establishments. Regarding the noise, the apartment booked was an exterior one with views to the square, and being in the very center of the city some times migh be bussier. You can always book an interior apartment. We are also sorry you did not mentioned anything to our staff at front desk during your stay if you had any issues regarding the cleanliness, we could have given a solution on time during the stay, but we did not have the chance unfortunately.All the best,Slow Suites
