Spectacular and bright design apartment, in the best area of Triana. A great opportunity to rest in a quiet area and just 5 minutes from the main monuments and places of tourist and leisure interest, come to the cradle of flamenco, where the best singers and dancers were born. And where you can find the best and most authentic bars for tapas and a good time. It has a spacious living room, with large windows, where you can see orange trees that leave a spectacular smell in spring and a magnificent color the rest of the year. With fireplace and exclusive area to work, where you can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi with your laptop. In an area of the living room there is an elevated chill out space, where you can rest in a very original way, it also has a regulated lighting system, to create relaxing environments, with a 2-bed function. The kitchen is fused with the living room, so that the two rooms share the dining table and have all the necessary utensils, as well as a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave and mixer / blender. From the kitchen you have access to the patio that is outdoors. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The property has everything you need. The aircon in the main bedroom and living area was very good and quiet, which we needed in the October heatwave. We enjoyed the small patio area too. The on street parking was handy. It is a bit of a walk into the town centre, 20 mins or so to the Triana bridge but we like walking so that was fine and we took taxis (for about 10 euros) a couple of times because of the heat. There is also an excellent tapa bar with pavement seating round the corner, which the owner suggested.
