On the first floor of our guest house, where we live all year round. We offer you this studio equipped with a fitted kitchenette and private shower room with WC. The house is located just opposite the free beach at Sévrier, along the cycle path and 5km from Annecy's old town.
Enjoy the shared garden with lake and mountain views. On-site parking. Close to shops and restaurants.
