Studio 20 m2 storey 10 minutes walk from Lake Annecy and shops in the town of Sevrier.
Located in a dead end the place is very quiet.
The studio is bright with an independent entrance. It is adjoining the main house of the owners.
It is equipped with the following elements: a sofa bed wide width (160cm), a
small bathroom including: toilet, shower and small washbasin, a kitchenette with gas hob, sink and small refrigerator. No freezer.
The studio is on the ground floor of a shaded garden with pool and beautiful views of Lake Annecy.
