About this property

The "Loft at Sewanee" is a tranquil apartment near the University of the South.

This cozy, sunny loft is tucked away on the Cumberland Plateau in Sewanee, with the serene forest and hiking trails only yards away. A separate 2nd-floor entrance with key-code entry allows guests to come and go, and the kitchenette and laundry allow guests to stay comfortably for a week or more.
No pets are allowed inside the apartment for allergy reasons, but we have a covered 12x4 feet kennel that can accommodate dogs and cats.
For your safety and security, there is a video camera monitoring the parking lot.

This a great place to stay in Sewanee. Easy access to the campus. Full one bedroom apartment with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay, and lots of nice extras, too, like assorted coffee and tea blends. I will definitely stay there again if and when I get back to Sewanee.

Our host was so welcoming! This is a cozy and comforting place with a nice little kitchen, washer and dryer, books, puzzles, games, good bathroom, bedding and towels. Felt very much at home. Very easy in and out in quiet neighborhood with hiking trails just out back, horses and goats nearby and central campus a 2 minute drive. We loved our time here!

This Loft is over a garage of a private home, but was very quiet in a residential neighborhood. Very clean, well stocked w coffee, spices and bkfst cereal. The bed is comfy and sheets very soft. Highly recommend this listing.

Convenient and comfortable. This is a great spot for two people- very close to Sewanee campus. Plenty of details to make our stay more enjoyable. Other than a small snafu with check in- we had a seamless visit. Would certainly recommend and would love to return!

Always enjoy staying at this lovely apartment that is so convenient to everything on campus and a short drive to town. It is well appointed with all one needs for a most comfortable stay. Perfect Pad in Sewanee

We were so thrilled to return to this lovely apartment for our parents' weekend in Sewanee. The accommodations are perfect for our needs. Space is thoughtfully laid out with a kitchen, living room area, upgraded bathroom and even a washer and dryer! The hosts are very communicative and provide yummy coffee and teas, along with other basics if you want to cook. We also enjoyed the use of the bike rack outside. We love the location --- close to all the activities on campus and gorgeous neighborhood. We look forward to another future stay.
