About this property

The "Loft at Sewanee" is a tranquil apartment near the University of the South.

  • This cozy, sunny loft is tucked away on the Cumberland Plateau in Sewanee, with the serene forest and hiking trails only yards away. A separate 2nd-floor entrance with key-code entry allows guests to come and go, and the kitchenette and laundry allow guests to stay comfortably for a week or more.
    No pets are allowed inside the apartment for allergy reasons, but we have a covered 12x4 feet kennel that can accommodate dogs and cats.
    For your safety and security, there is a video camera monitoring the parking lot.
