Conveniently located halfway between the Seward small boat harbor and Seward´s historic downtown. Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Very clean and private with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, wifi, DirectTV/DVD, Washer and Dryer. Adjacent to our other vacation rental unit (VRBO Listing #971600). This is great for someone who is wanting to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are side by side. Owned and operated by a 4´th generation Seward, Alaskan.

Good place to stay in Seward. Quiet and close to the beach and town. Simple but everything we needed. Very clean. Owners were very responsible to a heating issue we had. Would stay there again

Great location

We stayed in the property for a couple of days. Location is great, close to everything, short walk to the beach. Check in was seamless, received our code just before check in time. The view around the property is spectacular, wish the property had some outdoor chairs so that you could sit and enjoy the view. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our brief one night stay here with our 2 kids (12 and 13). Property manager was very responsive and helpful! Place was very clean and cozy. Washer/dryer was a huge bonus. Thank you so much!

Overnight Oasis

After hiking and kayaking in Homer and Seward, it was great to spend the night here. The neighborhood is quiet, the kitchen has everything we needed, the shower was nice and hot and the beds were cozy and comfortable. Just what we needed before the long flight home the next day!

Fantastic place

We stayed for two nights and this was perfect. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 teen boys. Enough space for everyone, able to do some laundry, very comfortable beds and a great location. Kind of brought in the middle of the old Main Street by the sea life center and the marina. Easy to take a walk with gorgeous Resurrection Bay views to either of those areas. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Seward. .

Convenient location with everything needed for a quick stay

This space is conveniently located very near downtown and the water. It had everything we needed for the one night that we stayed there and it was nicely decorated and clean. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The only negative was that when we walked in I noticed a pet smell. Throughout the time we stayed there it smelled like dog urine, from walking in the front door to the bedroom that I was in. Two of the people in our group have no sense of smell so it obviously didn't bother them, but it was noticeable to me and unpleasant. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
