"L'appartement est tres agréable pour 2 personnes. Belle attention des hôtes avec des roses deposées sur notre lit pour notre arrivée. Point négatif et non spécifié sur l'annonce, pente raide et marches métalliques pour rejoindre l'appartement ce qui n'était pas simple pour ma compagne handicapée mais pas en fauteuil. "Pros: L'hôtesse, Corinne, était aux petits soins. Elle a veillé tard pour nous permettre un checking de nuit, ce qui fut très appréciable après un trajet pénible. Le gîte est tout rénové et décoré avec goût. Les literies sont neuves, les chambres très cosy. Nous avons également bénéficié de milles attentions : boissons chaudes à volonté, biscuits fait maison pour les enfants, linges de maison et produits d'hygiène à disposition, proposition de réhausseurs bébé et de protections de literie,...

"Nous avons bien été accueilli mais déçu du logement. Beaucoup de détails non indiqués dans l'annonce/mal expliqués : logements dans des étages et escaliers, jeux payants dans la grande salle, pas de serviette disponible alors que les photos en montrent. Le jacuzzi est à partager selon des créneaux d'inscription, pour l'ensemble de la résidence. Le logement reste propre avec un accueil bienveillant. Davantage d'explications auraient été nécessaires. "

"Joli petit hôtel situé en centre ville proche de tout ..petit déjeuner tres abordable pour ce qu il y a ( tres varies) Porte des toilettes qui ferme pas, pas douche une baignoire, pas d ascenseurs avec des bagages pas simples, pas sel avec les œufs coquetiers inadaptés.. Bon séjour malgré tout lit excellent et calme"

"We stayed at this hotel overnight twice, a lady on reception was welcoming and pleasant. The hotel has breakfast available , which was fresh and plenty of people accessing it. There is also secure parking which is monitored with cctv. The hotel rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, I do think the second room we stayed in required some updating, I do think the corridors to the rooms were too dark and if painted lighter would be better. On both of our stays there were quite a few coach parties staying at the hotel. So if your not confident driving there are companies that use this hotel."

"Stayed here overnight during our journey back home from Italy to Scotland. Lovely hotel, great location in the characterful town of Thann, good parking. Our room was very nice and had good views of the grounds. The bed and bathroom were also good and the level of fittings and fixtures in the room was better than average. We were delighted to discover that we were staying in the same room as occupied by General De Gaulle in 1945! Our dinner in the restaurant was very good and the local wine excellent, however a bit on the expensive side. There is also a very nice resident dog! Breakfast was good with some spectacular pastries but we were a little disappointed not to be served with real coffee but with the usual dispensed from the ubiquitous coffee machine!"

"The room was lovely. Balcony was great and enjoyed views of the forrest. The bed was comfortable nd the shower hot and powerful. The hotel was very clean. Some staff were friendly, others not so much. We didn't eat so unable to comment on the food. The pool is very small and crowded with just 3 people in it. The pool room is claustrophobic and way to warm to sit in. Signage instructed guests not to open the door so not pleasant to use."
