"Arrived to check in to long lines. Apparently the hotel's guest HVAC wasnt working and they were relocating people to the Best Western next door. Well, most people. I booked through Expedia and was told by the front desk agent that someone called the hotel to cancel my reservation at 1:07 pm. No confirmation of who made the call. Now, what that young lady doesnt know is that I've worked in hotels for 10 years. No one can cancel a 3rd party hotel reservation directly with the hotel. I think this was their attempt to reduce the number of reservations they were moving. I wonder how many other guests who booked through 3rd party reservations were left stranded that night!? Fortunately, the manager at the Best Western was kind enough to work things out with the Hampton Inn to get me a room. However, even that hotel was not without issue. No hot water the day of checkout! Just a roller coaster of issues staying in this area. A friend of mine stayed at TownePlace just across the highway (0.5 miles) and had no issues!"

"Have to be 21+ to get a room here. I didn’t eat breakfast or check out the amenities. Staff came in to clean while we were out.. did get bit by a spider or something. No bed bugs there’s a mattress topper and protector. Clean, sweet people. "
