The kitchen was well equipped and the location is perfectly situated near Newport and only 30 minute from Jay Peak. Everything was spotless and comfortable and the lake views were amazing. "Pleasant stay. Only mild complaint was that there were a ton of ladybugs (?asian lady beetles) in the house and particularly in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Comfortable otherwise. "

"Amy’s place was amazing. It was exactly as described! The amenities she supplied were great. Toothpaste, shampoo, cur tips, eye. Glass cleaner and so much more! The kitchen was well stocked. From food basics to a full range of cooking instruments. We cooked every day, 4 in total and it was as if I were at home I. My own kitchen.-The beds were very comfortable, couches and so on. The house had many games, books, movies and so on. I felt as if I were in my own home. Also she was very responsive to all questions I had within 20 minutes. Her place is a hidden gem and I will be back and highly recommend to anyone wanting a great get away in the Jay Peak Area. "

"Amy's place is in a great location for enjoying activities close to Burke. It was perfect for making coffee and breakfast for two days but could easily handle stovetop meals (no oven). There are no windows in the kitchen, sitting area or bathroom, but windows in both bedrooms, that also are set up as egress, but the apartment did not feel dark. Overall a great spot! "

"Communication was great. Check in and check out were simple. Location being only miles from downtown while also being secluded to a beautiful view of a lake was great. Group of 7 of us stayed for a ski weekend at Jay peak, only a 30ish minute drive. House was cozy and had everything you needed. Snowed one day and when we got back from skiing everything was plowed. Just an overall great stay and would go back any time. "
