Interieur plus que décevant

L exterieur de l hotel est vraiment très bien (terrasse, bassin, fontaine). Mais l interieur n est pas du tout du meme niveau, entre vieillot(crepi intérieur, chaise de chambre tres tres usee avec fau cuir déchiré) et travaux mal finis (gaines de cable electriques et boitier de jonction en plein milieu du mur sur le palier, mur en ba13 brut, support de douche cassé, support papier toilette presque cassé, prise electrique qui ressort du mur). De plus pas de restaurant comme pourrait le laisser penser les photos, pas de clim. Décevant.

Belle résidence exterieure. Decoration intérieure trop conotée... Ma chambre etait rose deco love etc... Chauffage programmé... Autant dire quil faisait tres froid avant quil se mette timidement en route. Obligé de demander un chauffage d'appoint.... Propreté à revoir.... Poils, cheveux, moisissures.... Bref du potentiel mais les chambres ont besoin detre rénovées

Chambre très vieillotte, avec de la moquette tachée au sol , un canapé lit usé. Pour les volets à ne surtout pas touchés de peur qu’ils tombent , très vieux et usés . J’avais réservé car il y a un restaurant, malheureusement pas le lundi jour où j’avais réservé, il parait que c’était marqué sur le site j’ai vérifié et non !!! Petit déjeuner cher 14€ par personne !!

Terrible service. When we arrived they did not have our booking, as it didn't include the children. We were put in a room which was not renovated and not like any of the photos on Expedia. Bathroom dirty and mold around bath etc. A terrible old shower head over the bath taps which didn't work. No apology made by the hotel, no refund either or anything to try and make amends for the inconvenience and we have complained to Expedia. The hotel claims to be 5 stars yet has no fans or any means of remaining cool in hot weather. Moody receptionist and not a particularly warm welcome, despite speaking in French the whole time. Don't expect to be able to enjoy the pool next day either. Check out time is 11am and you are expected to leave the hotel premises completely, so no dip in the pool, if you do, you will be told to leave. The worst place I have ever stayed. Shame on you Domaine les 7 Fontaines.

Photos sur le site de réservations ne concordent pas du tout avec la réalité. Chambre délabrée. Douche minuscule. Coût très élevé, compte tenu de la qualité de la chambre. Par contre, endroit très tranquille, internet très rapide et lit très confortable mais seulement un oreiller par lit.

Bien mais..

Très bel hôtel, accueil irréprochable. Par contre quand un client réserve une chambre "moderne" qui a une fuite de douche et que le personnel connaît le problème n'hésitez pas directement à nous replacer, et prévenir que vous aurai une chambre décaller des années 50. Le confort était quand même présent pour la literie.
