"Beautiful property and well maintained. Everything we needed for a 4 day get away. Hot tub on the deck and fireplace were a bonus. We used both. Great hiking, wineries and golf in the area .Ellen was great with keeping in touch."

"We got a room next to the elevator and it was very noisy. The air conditioner kept turning off and we woke in the middle of the night extremely stuffy and warm. It was quite challenging to get a temperature that was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Not too impressed with this hotel."

"You know you had a good time when you are already looking forward to a return visit. There was so much to love about our visit to Sunset Peak. For starters, when my wife and I first walked through the door, the smell of fresh pine captivated our senses. We literally stood in the hallway and closed our eyes for a few minutes to take it all in. After our brief moment of serenity, we slowly walked towards the living room / kitchen area of the cabin and was blown away by the majestic beauty of the mountain ridge that was right before our eyes. I know the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words" but in this cause, the pictures on the website don't give Sunset Peak justice. The views from the back porch and from the hot tub is spectacular. Chip and Carmie, you guys need to do a master class on how to host. Your attention to detail and southern hospitality really made our 20th anniversary trip memorable. Thank You for being so personable. Your calls, text and Ellijay area recommendations were welcoming. If peace, quiet and seclusion is what you are seeking ... LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS IT! Sunset Peak has every amenity you need and more for the perfect getaway. Peace. Quiet. Clean Cabin. "Mattresses are extremely firm. Not filthy but not super clean. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay in the cabin."
