"Clean room, felt safe throughout our stay, and the breakfast was decent—overall a good experience. The only downside was being assigned a second-floor room with no elevator. It was a bit challenging with luggage and my husband’s knees. That said, I would still stay here again—just would request a ground-floor room next time."

"Very nice room, good value. Have stayed here before. Only complete shower stall wasn’t very tidy looking not dirty just permanently stained I think. Not so inviting no other issues at all with cleanliness noticed."

"The bed was nothing but springs. My daughter and I both woke up with our bodies sore. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay up by the shower head so the bathroom floor was flooded when I got out. I used all the towels to dry that up and asked the blonde lady at the front desk if we could have towels. She said she would have them bring me some… my daughter and I were out all day came back to the same wet towels. Was suppose to stay all weekend but left Saturday evening once we got back."
