"Rude customer service and when I took the broken microwave to the front desk to receive a different one, I was screamed at and told they'd be charging me for a new microwave. Manager was shocked and threatening to kick us out for having the number of occupants allowed with our kids in one room.. a room advertised as a sleeps 5.
