Location is good, but couldn't fine me on the list

Person in reception couldn't find my name on their list even thought I told them I made a reservation via Hotels.com and paid already. I had to wait and argue them at front lobby for almost 30 min and they finally found me on Expedia customersl list they say. It was very uncomfortable experience. But, location is very nice.

El precio estuvo aceptable por no tener ventanas

Bien, buena atención, limpieza aceptable, tamaño de la habitación aceptable. La habitación no tenía ventanas y el internet variaba mucho la intensidad por lo que lo hacía lento. Nunca vimos al Concierge para obtener datos de la Ciudad.

Surprisingly a very nice hotel for the price!

The hotel service staff is surprising helpful! Warning - their English is not that great but I interacted with them in Chinese and they were fast, prompt, and willing to provide the extra services I asked for (ice, iron, ironboard, getting a taxi, etc.). The room is clean, the TV not bad, but I got a room with no windows! I didn't even notice until afterwards. The neighborhood is very convenient with Metro station nearby and a shopping center opposite. Didn't try their breakfast (not necessary when restaurants and McDonalds is across the street).

安い部屋は窓がありません

半額のセール価格で予約しましたが、 安い部屋は窓がなく、部屋がとても臭かったです。 フロントに言いましたが、結局追加料金を支払い、 部屋の変更をしました。 半額セール価格ではなく、本来この価格だと思います。

我在酒店整體的經驗絕不愉快。我從這網站訂了一間房間，住兩晚。我們五月一日到達酒店櫃檯時，酒店職員叫我們等一下。一等就大半個小時。追問下，他們才告訴我們他們的電腦系統沒有我們的預訂記錄。酒店職員也說他們跟這網站沒有直接聯繫。他們之後建議我們打電話給網站查詢。我們也立刻找回預訂電郵，用漫遊打給網站電郵裡提供的電話。奇怪的是，我們所打的電話號碼被電信公司說是空號。在這一刻，我們真的感覺到沮喪，無助。當我還在惆悵怎能聯繫網站時，酒店職員終於找回我的預訂記錄。不過， 他們指出我的預訂房間日期是五月八日，跟我們預訂電郵裡的五月一日有出入。無論如何，酒店方面都安排了一間房間給我們。 為了確保網站電郵裡所提供的電話號碼没有問題，我們回到香港後都有用本地電話線再複查。出乎意料之外，網站電郵裡的兩個號碼是長鳴没被使用的號碼。 整體房間的質素較差、簡陋，但我們明白以這個價錢不能苛求什麼。可是，我們最不能忍受是房間裡發出的惡臭氣味，相似沒有清理乾淨尿漬一般的味道。我們知會了酒店櫃檯職員，他們也安排了職員再清理一下。可惜，那陣陣的臭味還在。幸好，酒店職員都體諒亦很快安排另一間房間給我們。 總括來說，這個酒店的位置確實很方便。酒店的職員態度良好、很樂意幫助我們。當我們跟他們說起在本地一天團由杭州返回上海中途差點被導遊遺棄在公路上，他們主動聯絡旅行社並向他們反映我們的不滿。在這方面，他們處理這件事的態度值得我們加分。

Hotels.com 上海歷險記

因為酒店安排不妥當，我們到達酒店時被通知找不到我們的預約記錄。呆坐大半小時，正在徬徨之際，我們依據Hotels.com的電郵提供的電話號碼聯絡Hotels.com。很失望的是，電郵裡所提供的兩個電話號碼（訂房號碼：+852 2840 0896 及公司號碼：+852 2840 0899）都是空號，不能接通。幸好，酒店員工最後找到我們的預約記錄。不然，我們再要浪費金錢。 酒店員工很樂意幫忙，但是房間整潔十分不理想。房間傳來一陣陣惡臭，味道相似尿漬沒清理好。我們之後要求換房間，酒店員工也能很快幫我們安排好。 我們之後參與酒店介紹的當地一天旅行團（上海鐵路國際旅遊），驚險重重。導遊態度十分差劣，不會跟進團友有沒有上車。而且，當他們知道有團友沒有上車都不停下來，我們差點被遺留在公路上的服務站（方便處）。幸好，我們能回來向酒店投訴，他們也立刻跟進。

We stayed two nights at golden view and the location was good, close to metro. Hotel nice and simple.

Satisfied

It was really convenient to head to Metro 1 station (Hanzong road) from the hotel. I had free wifi available in the room, which made the experience better! Also, the room was comfortable, & clean. I would head back there on my next visit in Shanghai!

Väldigt bra läge

Väldigt bra läge på hotellet. Med taxi tog man sig runt i centrala Shanghai på 10 minuter. Jätte fin frukostbuffé. Tvärsöver hotellet låg ett varuhus med olika restauranger och en minder supermarket. Det fanns även ett varuhus inom 5 minuters gångväg. På hotellet var man väldigt dålig på engelska och servicen var inte på topp. Man lovade åtgärda trasiga lampor och air condition men inget hände på 6 dagar.

上海駅に近い場所が魅力

前日遅くに上海に着き、次の日は朝から街中で用事があり、その後上海駅から移動という慌ただしいスケジュールの中、便利で寝るだけの安いホテル探して、ここにしました。 夜に寝るだけだったので、窓なしの格安プランにしましたが、分かっていたので特に問題無し。 チェックアウト後荷物を預かって貰って、所用を済ませた後、荷物を引き取ってそのまま歩いて上海駅から新幹線で移動しました。 こんな目的にはぴったりだと思います。 部屋は広くてあまあま清潔。 お風呂のセンは緩かったような。 中国の人はシャワーが多いから、気にならないのかな?
