Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything fresh, well-stocked, and exceptionally tidy throughout the stay. • Staff: Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge was always ready with helpful recommendations. • Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide selection of high-quality Western and Asian options, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order dishes. • Shops nearby: The location couldn't be better. There is an extensive array of luxury boutiques and retail shops right inside the property, with easy access to neighboring malls and attractions."

"Location is convenient with a 10 minute walk to the MTR, close to bus stops, and many dining options around it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Drinking water is provided, but you have to go into the hall to use the water fountain to fill up your water bottle, they also provide a water pitcher in the room for you. Free breakfast is provided, but it is very simple and small consisting of toast and small pancakes with butter and jam, served with coffee and tea as drink options."

"Loved the location, is quite handy for just walking distance to public transport, such as bus and MTR, especially reaching the airport bus. The hotel also nearby many shops and restaurants in MongKok and Yau Ma Tei. Nice and friendly staffs, they were very helpful all the time. Breakfast was not bad, just the breakfast area is not too big and always busy. However, Gym facilities were a bit disappointed, but not a big deal to me as we just popped around surrounding and discovered different kinds of things when free."
