"ホテルそのものが無人で対応するスタッフが全くいなかったのに、チェックインの仕方・鍵の開け方など、事前連絡は全く無し。勝手に部屋には入ったけど、建物入り口のドアを開ける方法が分からず、ドアに貼ってあったLINEの連絡先から連絡して、やっと部屋の案内が届いた。時間も無駄にしたし、初めての台南滞在を最初から不安で始まった事が残念。"
