"The Heritage room has beautiful views of the harbor from the semi- private deck as well as the 1st floor deck. There is no a/c, depending on the time of year you visit. Although we did not use the fireplace (summer time), it is beautiful. The town is small & quiet (which is what we were looking for). There's 1 restaurant, otherwise you do need to travel 30 minutes. And, the Inn is dog friendly!"

Our dog got along smashingly with theirs. Be sure to find this property for the first time in the day light as it is down a gravel/stone road. You will really feel like you have gotten away from all the hustle and bustle yet it is a short drive to Stonington Harbor."
