"The room we got smelled of cigarette smoke and the wall unit ac was not functioning properly. There was beard trimmings in the sink and the toilet had not been flushed properly. The liquid dispensers in the shower had gunk on them. "

"Room was clean… a little musty… breakfast ok… they always have fresh cold cucumber and lemon water available as well as coffee and hot water for tea and or hot chocolate "

"Room was nice , with very friendly staffs at the front desk. They even allow us to have food brought to the hotel for us. "

"The building was nice, rooms were a good size and comfortable, WiFi was what you would expect. The gym was nice, enough freeweights. Breakfast was great if slow, I would look elsewhere for dinner. Also had one elevator out of commission, so dinner being lacking and the elevator are the reason for the star lost. Staff was amazing though, super friendly"

"Our room was on the second floor but the elevator was not working . The manager helped us with carrying the luggage to our room . Next morning the shower didn't work , we called the manager who thankfully sent maintanace to put a new faucet . I believe if house cleaning reported this problem the day before we wouldn't have to wait . The Bistro was not open too but Kroger was across the street & we had to go there for breakfast ."
