"Customer service sucked. Lobby smelled like old pine sol. Upstairs has all connecting rooms. There was no elevator. Rooms are filthy, shower was not clean microwave or fridge. No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable."

My room was great, the shower was incredible, the pillow was soft and comfortable along with the mattress, and I appreciated that there was a small kitchen with things available to use. However, there is a real lack of things offered for breakfast: no juice or milk, bagels and muffins are packaged in company bags, no place to sit down if you wanted to (unless you go outside, and that is a “no” in negative weather), BUT THE COFFEE WAS GREAT. I don’t think I’d ever stay here again. Sorry. The “real” Hilton is more accommodating"
