"Beautiful property conveniently located at Echo point. I loved the two pools, indoor and outdoor and the surrounding gardens. The room was generous and the bed comfortable. The lounge area was also very comfortable and inviting. However, I found the service to be terrible for a five star property. Check-in was very slow and late. We arrived an hour and a half early and not only were we not allowed to check in early but they checked us in after the advertised 3 PM time. We were not offered...
