"Great location and clean rooms! The hotel advertises a hot tub, but it’s busy every night and it has to be signed up to use. It’s not something I would count on. We stayed a week and the breakfast is the same every day. (Toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit and waffles) We would have loved a yogurt option and more protein, but definitely thankful for breakfast. "

"We visit Pagosa Springs at least four to six times a year and always stay at a pet friendly VRBO close to the resort. This was our first time staying at this particular one and really enjoyed the upgrade to entire house vs the usual studios we typically stay in. We will definitely use again. Our only complaint, there is no AC. So we probably will not use Jun - Aug. Outside of that, outstanding."

"We had two King beds and nice room. Wish the beds weren’t divided by a half closet. Made it awkward. "

"Rooms are small but clean, beds are surprisingly comfortable, and location is a close walk to the springs. The worse part about this motel is that it is still just a motel. The sound proofing is non existent, road noise can be heard and other guest conversations can be heard clearly. The motel provides you with earplugs but that’s not a great resolution to the problem. Second issue is they only installed one window with blackout curtains so sleep was limited by the light and noise. Would not recommend. "

"Love the location. Found the key punch difficult with 2 numbers on each button. Front door code never worked. Space excellent. Bathroom sink drains slow but lots of towels and shower great. We will stay again. Everything we needed in kitchen and loved people watching on the balcony. "
