"Resort suites are very old and not clean enough as expected for the paid cost. Swimming pool area dusty and not cleaned, no towels are avauiable, and no enough side walk area around the pool. Beach area, club music is too loud, noisy and annoying, rocking the whole resort prperty! Overall, serving staff of resort are not friendly at all especially pool and beach area. Note: no ressponse from resort managment toward raised complaints until leaving the place!"

"The hotel feels like a scammer. The number they have on Google is out of service and the map location takes you to a wrong direction. When I found the hotel they told me they are fully booked although I already made and fully paid my room on Expedia. They solution the gave me is to sleep in a very dirty store room when I have paid 80$ for the room. I had a fight with them and I forced them to give me back my money IN CASH"
