We had tried to get a hold of the property manager for two days before our booking to find out the check in process with no answer. Finally, two hours after check in time, the manager informed us that this home was no longer a rental and we would need to find other accommodations. He blamed VRBO for not taking down the listing. VRBO did refund the entire cost rather quickly. "
