"Everything was great, I really should give 5 stars for everything cause your people looked like they were busting their humps! We just had a long day in the heat and the family was crabby and ready to relax immediately, which made me crabby. I’m sorry you guys were short staffed that day? From what I saw they did the best they could, but we had to wait a couple hours to check in! So we were the crabby inpatient ones, you guys did great!"

"Never know what to expect when going to Branson area- so many hotels and even some with good reviews are not the greatest. This was a nice experience- beds comfortable, didn’t smell musty, staff was kind. Shower head was very old and short but did the trick. Have to travel to Branson once a year for a night and I would choose this hotel again in the future. "
