Easy & Private access into the Shenandoah River for all of your water adventures. Enjoy fishing, tubing, kayaking or swimming right at the comfort of this home. The water is usually quite calm and it's not very deep at the property.

The house is situated between Massanutten Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Luray Caverns. It is also a 35-minute drive from James Madison University and close proximity to several wineries/breweries.

Please be aware that lawn maintenance & hot tub company may stop by unannounced during your stay to service the yard, pick up trash, and Hot tub.
