"The maid I had steals stuff and/or throws it away under the pretence of "It looked like garbage". She took or threw away - My reusable travel container, my travel mouth wash - My partial packaged dinner. - My shaving kit I don't believe her excuse because she didn't clean the wrappers I had on the table, but instead took "garbage" looking stuff. "Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine."
