"There is mold everywhere. There are hairs on all the bedsheets, and stains too; obviously, no one has changed them. The wallpaper is peeling. There is no mirror in the toilet, and there are horrible smells everywhere, along with humidity. The walls are super thin, so you can hear everything. I asked to change rooms, and they laughed in my face. I asked for a refund, and they laughed in my face again. A guy in front of the room was smoking a pipe with the door open. Everything is abandoned. There are noises all the time. There is mold in the sink, as if no one has cleaned the place in centuries; it is dirty and super disgusting. I slep for 3 days in a spa, never use the facilities . I asked Hotels.com to give me back my money, but they never did. It was a traumatic experience. Be alert. Don't go there; they cheat people with fake photos. When I arrived, I texted customer support at Hotels.com and asked for help, but they didn't help me. It was impossible to stay there; everything was dirty and smelly. No one takes responsibility for this situation; they must stop advertising a FAKE place and give me back my money.the must stop to advertise a this place. And give me back my money "
