Fantastic stay - Breakfast made it!

Fantastic stay in the hotel. Great room, very comfortable, was able to control the air conditioning and one of the best hotel breakfasts that I can remember.

Walking distance to/fro Futian Railway Station. Ideal if you take speed train to/fro GZ or West Kowloon (HK). Coco Park and Ping A Fin Ctr are within walking distance too. There are shopping and restaurants. We go most places via didi otherwise you can consider taking Futian MTR.

I don’t like carpet on the floor, looks very old and dirty . Staffs are very friendly and polite. Cleaning service is very efficient but I can see the bathroom tiles has mould on the wall inside bathroom. Otherwise all good.

Good location hotel if you are visiting shenzhen.

Been visiting the hotel many times before the pandemic, it was previous named Marco Polo, I guess now been taking over by Crowne Plaza. Very safe and convenient area, love it a lot!!

The room is nice and comfortable. The location is convenient to reach big shopping mall like CoCo Park. The area around is quiet and near the Metro…..The breakfast is good…however it’s a bit crowded.

Value for money

Efficient check in, shopping mall and massage within 5 to 8 min walking distance. The air con in my room seemed to take a while to reach the desirable temperature, though beds are comfortable in general. Staff service is commendable, especially those serving in the breakfast restaurant. Pleasant stay, will come back again.
