Nice views and rooms but the rest are way behind. Not very tasty breakfast, staff struggle to speak almost any English (lots of issues because of this) and quite slow service, especially in the restaurants and with room service.

We are arranged to a room that is near the elevator which was very noisy. Ppl walk around and talking. I can also hear noise from other rooms late at night. The lighting system is also poorly designed. It’s turned on automatically whenever u move a bit. Super annoying
