"I love the hotel design. Very clean rooms and ambience. The front desk lady was amazing and helpful. I was able to check in early which was a savior for me. The location is prime. Overall I would stay again. "

"We enjoyed the size of our room, the hotel is clean, and the front desk/guest services were amazingly friendly and accommodating regardless of who was there at any given time. The location of the hotel is also a huge perk. It’s so close to just about anything you need. We did have to request linens for the pull out (would be nice if they were in the closet already), and we had to request hand soap for some reason, but the were very quick to accommodate our requests. I also had to complain about the noise upstairs, but they did not hesitate to send someone upstairs at 12:30am and they were also very willing to change my room the next day (didn’t end up needing to because the people above me checked out that morning). All in all- a positive stay! "

"Melissa in the dining hall was PHENOMENAL! Her personality filled the room! I have celiac disease and could only have yogurt or fruit. I didn’t even care. We had Melissa taking care of us and that made up the difference, right there! It is service like that, that will have us coming back!!!! We’re already planning our next stay. And best believe I’ll be hitting up the morning breakfast for all that sunshine! Thank you, Melissa!"
