"This was very well priced and yet compared to other more expensive places. The room was clean and tidy and had all the ammenities required. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Parking was directly outside the room. Only 10 minute drive from Shepparton. Definitely worth it. I recommend and would stay again."

"Room is noisy. Biggest downside is the noise in surrounding area. Room wasn’t completely clean, found evidence of previous occupants on the floor and the body wash in the bathroom was empty for 2 of the 3 days I stayed at the property. Filled on the last day."

"Not overly clean - quite a few spiderwebs on furniture. Door handle on one bedroom doesn’t work and one guest had trouble getting out of the bedroom. Some doors couldn’t be unlocked. Instructions were to lock the gate on leaving, but the gate is off its hinges, plus chain and lock don’t reach around gate. Rubbish bins were full and overflowing, attracting a lot of flies. Security cameras everywhere, plus screen in the laundry felt like we were being spied on. "
