"Room wasn’t ready on my (early) arrival. Had a lovely lunch. Checked in. Room was adequate. No sockets by the bed! Small oversight I’m sure. Went to use the spa and although food was served until 9:15, I arrived at 9pm and they said they could not serve me food as the kitchen was running an hour behind and they start cleaning it down ‘about now’. Being without a car, I had a bag of Nobby’s Nuts only for my dinner. Not great. Breakfast was a very reasonable add on and had great selections and quality. Getting there and back to the station by Uber was about £20 in both directions and took about 20 mins"

"Honestly brilliant for a “budget” hotel, we slept great, beds were comfy, shower was great, the room was spotless, only thing I wished we had was a fridge and that the windows could open because the air con was lovely but we’ve both left with really stuffy heads, it was too hot without it on but really drying with it on. Staff were amazing though, so friendly, would 100% stay again."

"A clean and comfortable house, within easy walking to all amenities in Sheringham. There was a good choice of places to eat in the town. The coast hopper bus provided easy access to the lovely beaches towards Wells, which we found particularly useful as we preferred to walk, cycle or take the bus rather than drive anywhere. We found a parking place almost opposite the house on arrival and then left it there until we departed. It did seem that parking spaces were occasionally not available. We would have no hesitation in recommending this house."

"The majority of the staff were helpful, friendly and polite apart from one member of the bar staff that was serving on the day we arrived- she was very abrupt and rude to the customers she was serving who hadn't been to the pub before and not aware there was two outside seating areas. Room was clean & tidy, the drains smelt a bit in the shower but I think that's an issue due to the age of the property. Would visit again"
