"The staff were absolutely wonderful! We wished the pool was cleaned more, there was a lot of dead bugs we had to swim around. We did also find a live big roach in our room but luckily it was only one. Other than that the resort was great."

"I stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Bastrop, Texas, on a weekend in August 2026. The check-in process went smoothly; and, the young man at the front desk shared some laughs with me and other guests arriving. The motel os located next to a gas station, the highway, and Bastrop State Park. Stores and restaurants are nearby. There is a pool with tables, chairs and a grill. Breakfast on-the-go is included. My room was very clean and freshly painted, however, there is a pest control issue. There were no other issues. It was a quiet night's rest. All of the staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the pool was somewhat secluded and inviting."

"The air conditioning was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but did find bugs near the air conditioner and in the shower. Aside from the bugs everything else was great but i do HATE all bugs so this was a little disheartening."

"I love hobbit holes and this place hit the spot! We had been staying in SPI and were heading back early to split the drive home into 2 days. The tree house was available for the one night we needed! Check in was easy, the space was clean, bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the night playing cards. Lately when we've been trying to find places that are unique - very happy we found this place!"

"My husband and I took our 4 grandkids (ages 7-17) for a 3 night adventure. Check in was smooth and the house has everything you need. I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee provided (Tim Hortons, my favorite) as well as the additional condiments for cooking. The home is located amongst the pines and the kids loved the cowboy pool and hammocks while my husband and I enjoyed the deck overlooking the back yard, we even enjoyed a visit by a deer one morning. We had plenty of space and the entire home was clean and comfortable. Communication was speedy when we had questions. We enjoyed the stay and would absolutely book again when in the area."
