The room itself was nice and well put together, but there was hair in the beds and stains on the pillow that I could not ignore. The shower knob clearly needed to be changed and the room felt below freezing. I like a cold room but there was no way to change the temperature. And when I told the staff, they seemed to not care and were fake polite just to get me to leave them alone.
