Excellent hotel and great value

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was positioned perfectly between 2 main stations and had plenty of choices to eat. The room itself was fine, small as our most in Japanese cities but perfect for a solo traveler

Loved the location. Area was quiet at night but super quick to jump north or south to visit different tourist spots. Room was clean and matched descriptions. Amenities nice.

Well-located with clean rooms that match description. The sento is a lovely touch and the PJs were good too. Staff were very helpful with everything, including luggage transfer. Only slight issue was # of washers / dryers. It's a popular hotel so there would be a bit of queue for these in evenings. There was a way to check if they were available in room which we appreciated, but just something to bear in mind to try and avoid popular times (evenings) if you need a lot of washing done.

Excellent hotel in just perfect location when you need a bit further from the busy center. The view for the castle is just amazing.

Nice hotel. Easy check in and check out. Rooms clean. Breakfast only ok (typical for Japanese hotels). Excellent cafe for breakfast 10 min walk away (Maze Cafe Terrace). AC was poor, took it a good 24 hours to cool the room, first night was sticky. Lifts were a nightmare, we were often waiting 5 minutes for a lift, particularly in the morning when housekeeping were using them.

New hotel with amazing amenities! Super friendly staff. The location is right on top of a metro station that takes you to the most popular attractions directly.

Great location to explore Osaka.
