"Property was amazing, stunning upon walking in we were blown away with both the exterior and the interior. The staff gave us a warm welcome and assisted us when asked felt very welcomed. They even held our luggage till early evening we are just about to collect it actually 😃would 100 per cent recommend this hotel"

"Conviene location. 10 m walk to Umeda a gigantic shopping district but we prefer Osaka station where you can find many restaurants and cafes and less crowded than Umeda. Surprisingly we found Donkey on the right side of the Osaka station. Hotel is generally good considering you are in a big city. Front desk is very kind and speak good English."

"The hotel is not the closest to USJ but still very close and convenient. Our room faced the back of the property so the view wasn’t great but we didn’t stay there for the view. The room was set up for 4 people, and all beds had a set of pyjamas for us to use during our stay. The bathroom/wet room was clean and pleasant to us after a long day of travelling. All available toiletries and amenities are downstairs in the reception for us to grab. They also have lockers for guests to use upon check out which was very handy and helpful as we travelled with backpacks and didn’t fancy taking them around with us at the park. "
