This was a surprise hit in our trip. I booked this mainly for its convenience to the items we want to do in the city. However we were shocked at how well the place was run, the public onsen on property and the staff. I would highly recommend this for anyone going to kyoto

The Cross Hotel Kyoto came with high expectations after glowing reports from my sister as well as a good friend. I have to say that in almost every way it delivered. The design of the hotel alone is commendable.
