"It was amazing, the rooms were fantastic we left a little something for the staff on property. That property was amazing. We loved it. The people in the area were super helpful and this island has olive wagyu, which i have never heard of before. The property, the island, the people all amazing, would definitely come back again. "It was nice location, very near from a tram/bus station and city center of Dogo and Matsuyama. There are some supermarkets, onsens and post office in 15-minutes walk. "Only spent one night here on the way to the Iya Valley. JR Clement is an excellent hotel located right next to the JR Station. Clients were mostly Japanese businessman which was nice as it seemed we were the only tourist so it was very quiet. Hotel was very clean and seemed very new. On site parking. A Family Mart right across the street. Excellent amenities even by Japanese hotel standards, war plugs, shoe deodorizer,mints bath salts, facial creams and washers along with the usuals found in most Japanese hotels. I highly recommend this place if you're in Kochi."
