We had a club room on the 19th floor and the lounge staff and experience for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening truly made our stay very comfortable. The location in Zhongshan was perfect for dept store shopping as well as shopping along the quaint lanes of Chi Feng St and Zhongshan Road."

"Stayed here in a club room for a short stop on a 6 week honeymoon trip. The facilities and service were superb across the hotel and club lounge. The club rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable night sleep. The club lounge was also comfortable with a decent range of food and drink. The helpfulness of the staff was a major highlight of this property and made out stay"

"We had a delightful stay at Hotel Metropolitan Premier Taipei. The service staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious (in Asian standard) and clean, although the decor could use some updates. It appears to be quite dated. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel amenities, particularly the sauna and soaking pools. They reminded me of a public bath in Japan. The hotel offers some great dining options, including Chinese and Japanese restaurants, as well as a buffet. Also, its location right across a metro station makes it highly convenient to use public transportation."

"Check-in Staff: extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming Room: Clean, Bright, comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure and temperature. 2 free bottles of water and snacks replenished daily. Breakfast: menu changes daily, food thoughtfully and expertly prepared. Excellent combination of various options. Everything tastes fabulous. Sometimes the easiest things are most difficult to prepare and the chef nails the textures of scrambled egg, cold/hot vegetables and meats very well. The staff members for the breakfast area are sweet, friendly and professional. Common Area: Clean, Bright, Comfortable. Snacks, juice, water, coffee, tea offered 24 hrs. Housekeeping: daily, and they do an excellent job!!! Laundry Area: FREE use of washers (and detergent) and dryers. Umbrellas loaners are available. This has been an excellent and most pleasant stay as a home away from home. Frankly - the entire staff deserves a raise and year-end bonus!!!"
