"This is a solid four star airport hotel. I would stay here again the bathrooms and rooms have been remodeled and are exceptionally clean with great water, pressure and amenities. There’s nothing really exciting about this hotel; it’s an event space and it’s basically a convenient place to rest on route to your next destination. The free shuttles to and from the airport are extremely helpful when getting around. In the staff were very accommodating. If I had to stay in Narita again, I would definitely stay here."

"Hotel was clean although i did not realized right away they had us stay in a smoking room which we did not like as were not smokers, also we book for a group of 5 and were given 2 smoking rooms and my daughter was forced to sleep on the floor, I tried reaching out to Expedia but in the end could not help us as they were having a hard time communicating with the front desk to explain the situation. overall we enjoyed good breakfast. They also have a early check out at 10 am but will let you leave your luggages if you have a late flight if you want to do last minute shopping at Don Quijote before flying home."

"I love this place, had every you need in one place and also a welcome lobby bar where you can enjoy some sweet treats, beer, wine and drinks. In the lobby they have this big interactive screen for kids to play and had a free shuttle from the hotel to Tokyo Disney and Tokyo Disney Sea. Right next to a mall for shopping and restaurants. Also the room was a good size for a family."
