Convenient to station and local dining and shopping. An excellent base for my needs in the Kashiwa and Matsudo areas, with occasional trips to Tokyo.
It is clean and well maintained, but fairly basic w.r.t. amenities, but that was fine with me.
I have stayed here previously and anticipated doing so again.

1. Not enough for towels and toothbrushes for long stay. I had to wash towels and purchased toothpaste.
2. There were so many hairs and dust on the floor - I had to vacuum the whole room.
3. Laundry area - every time I used the washer, it said “clean filter” and it was very dirty. I wonder who clean those…

The property was located on a very historic street which made exploring the area a ton of fun. The staff was incredible and even made sure we didn’t get wet from the downpour when walking out to our Uber when leaving.

"Staffs are helpful and friendly. One staff even help my wife to carry her luggage down the staircase as she was walking along the same way. Room are clean. We have a pleasant stay at the hotel."
