"very nice hotel but slow elevator at times. 5 minute walk to Sendai Station. The hotel is on the East side of the station but the West side has much more shopping/food choices. Staff extremely courteous. "

"The hotel was easy to find and very close to Sendai train station. The pillows were VERY thin, I would highly suggest either bringing your own or ask the staff for an additional pillow. There's a Lawson's on the first floor which makes it convenient for snacks/water etc. The room was small but for one night it worked for what we needed. The A/C worked very well. The staff was wonderfuland the hotel was very clean!"
