"This was a three night stay which included myself, husband, our 12 and 20 year old children. The morning views were absolutely stunning! You will need a car to get to major places, but the beach is right there! The only complaint I had was concerning the bathroom. It was not clean and the toilet seat was worn out and needed to be replaced. The towels were also dingy but we always bring or buy our own so this wasn’t a problem for us. Overall it was nice and for the most part quiet(until breakfast time😂)."

"Used to stay here when it was the Blockade Runner and it was our first time back under new ownership. The renovations and face uplift are all very nice. The resort will feel familiar to past guests, but with more modern furniture and aesthetics. Still wish they would include the beach chairs and umbrellas as part of the room charge rather than as separate costs. Staff were excellent and the resort is still a great selection for Wrightsville Beach."

"This was a very nice property, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get on and off the property, and the location provided a wonderful opportunity to get some exercise and enjoy a peaceful stroll. We felt very comfortable and at ease during our stay. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was quite small, but it was clean and perfectly acceptable for our needs. When we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful young lady who was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She was also a lot of fun to talk with and made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the property. We would be happy to stay here again."

"This hotel is a great location. Our room was clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is awesome! Something different each morning along with fresh fruit, oatmeal, grits & yogurt & nice variety of cereals. Walking distance to restaurants and right on broadwalk. Tiki bar was really nice too! Great drinks & food."
