"Essentially everything was excellent hence 5 star rating. First stay at this hotel and definitely near top fir Gold Coast Allowing for it being in medium high cost bracket. Staff were excellent and well trained , room on 15 th floor was amazing with both ocean and hinterland views. "

"Lovely hotel, beautiful and clean. Staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. The room was lovely, nice comfy bed. Breakfast is great, nice selection of cooked foods, fruit, pastries, yoghurts etc. Great location, 5 minutes walk from central train station. The only thing I'd say it's missing is a pool bar! You can't take drinks from the bar to the pool which seems a shame."
