"Very basic fit out of a shed in a great location. Overpriced for what was provided. We were clearly warned about no sheets but there was no towels, soap, shampoo, tea towel, tea/coffee/sugar. The floor of the living area was taped together and splattered with plaster. A note on the fridge says the owner is aware and will fix this in the new year (proof of at least several months not being fixed). "This was our second time staying at this property with our family and dog, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The place is incredibly comfortable, welcoming, and well-equipped—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything felt just as amazing as the first time, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. We all had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended."

"No oven or grill facilities every tap drips needs new washers. Gardens need alot of maintenance. Cooked bones throughout garden beds as cooked bones are very bad for dogs."

"Property leans heavily on location / views. Interior is very dated & damaged in areas. Privacy is low. Location is a meeting place for morning & evening walkers & local social group, resulting in vehicle & people noise every day. No sleeping in. Apart from that I still enjoyed my stay."

"Great position, plenty of space, ideal for all our needs. However, lots of maintenance is required, lot of spiders on the ceiling of kitchen, downstairs bathroom covered in mould, taps in shower and vanity leaking, mould in upstairs bathroom ceiling, front door screen needs replacing- sharp edges dangerous for toddlers and skin tears. All sliding doors require maintenance and tracks cleaned. "
