"On the southern outskirts of town, pleasant courtyard motel all ground floor accommodation with covered parking outside the room. Room was compact, with a couch, one upright chair, a utility bench and comfortable bed. There is a kettle and tea/coffee makings but no toaster or microwave. Bathroom is spacious with a long vanity bench.
We had a good dinner at the motel’s restaurant, Cascades, which also serves breakfast."

"Wow. Super clean room, comfortable, quiet, and secure parking.
This is attached to the Royal hotel and is a newish addition. The rooms are very quiet and when you open the window you notice how good the sound proofing is.
Secure parking out the back and big enough spots for larger cars. As there was a RAM and 79 cruiser in there.
Secure entry into the hotel with good choices for meals included options for smaller meals.
Located in the main street and walking distance to pretty much all of town and hospital.
The only negatives, no coffee machine (pods would be nice) microwave or laundry facilities (looked but didn't ask so I might have missed it) and these wouldn't be an issue if I had stayed one or two nights but was there for 8 nights.

"A little bit noisy staying on the main highway and our room was very big for a family suite to sleep 4. 1 Queen bed and a double sofa isn’t quite a large enough, but we slept ok."
